Our Outreach programs organize and offer courses for all ages and groups. We have had many visitors over the years and have conducted hundreds of guided tours and lectures over the past decades, for both Muslims and Non-Muslims, as part of Al Rashid’s commitment to promote religious and cultural understanding among people from different faiths and backgrounds.
Over the years Al Rashid has been part of many successful initiatives with several interfaith groups with a view to strengthening our relationship with the larger community. In addition we also regularly provide visits to jails, hospitals and seniors homes. These social activities are perceived positively by our community members and the greater community as a whole. All of our programs are led by qualified staff and volunteers that have a passion or have extensive training/experience.
Many of our community programs and activities are vibrant because of our dedicated volunteers.
If you’re interested in becoming a volunteer please fill out this electronic volunteer form and we will contact you when an opportunity is available.
